Sales / Customer Service Assistant

Patio Design is a growing family business specializing in the design and installation of custom patios, terraces and balconies. We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Assistant to complete our beautiful, close-knit team.

Your challenges

Greet customers over the phone while working closely with representatives and the sales assistant.

Profile sought

We are looking for someone proactive with initiative who will adapt to a versatile position in a company with busy periods.

• From our customer bank, make phone calls to prospects to get appointments for our salespeople
• Answer the phone, manage phone messages.
• Manage and read incoming submission emails and redirect to the right people
• Use discretion to ensure the confidentiality of documents;
• Manage and update the data contained in the CRM software "ACT"
• Support Representatives in the management of appointments,
• Develop and maintain good business relationships at different customer levels
• Maintain client records in ACT
• Perform all other administrative tasks
• Filing, photocopying, writing emails
• Required skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma completed
• Bilingualism essential
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service
• 1 year of experience performing administrative tasks
• CRM, Excel, Word, Outlook, data entry, filing, etc.
• Customer oriented
• Interpersonal skills, determination and patience
• Ability to manage stress in a multi-tasking environment
• Excellent sense of organization
• Interest and aptitudes for teamwork
• Master oral communication
• Knowing how to listen and inform

Type of employment: permanent

Schedule: 40 hours / week

Salary: Competitive salary based on the experience of the successful candidate
